I finally have my blog done for "Simply Announcing". I have some of my Christmas cards on there if any of you are interested. I put a link to that blog to the right, you can click on the logo and it will take you there.

Hanging out on the back of the Boat, getting ready for our Lake Bath! Who really needs a clean shower anyways?
Shaving in the lake. Good thing we brought his razor... has anyone ever seen a Wilson that hasn't shaved in a few days? Nope, cause you had mistaken them for a werewolf!
My poor little POO POO! Brandon was pretty bummed about injuring his knee! (Under the towel he is holding a bag of frozen hash browns, trying to bring the swelling down)
Is something missing here? If you look close at the ring finger you will see there is a white tan line where Brandon's wedding ring should be. If you take a closer look to the bottom of Lake Powell you will find his wedding ring there... Good Luck with that!
Brandon is such a sport! I wanted some pictures taken of us while we were in Powell together, so Brandon actually hobbled out to a spot & did it! I felt bad cause I knew he was in pain with his knee but he didn't complain much. ( This is him hobbling slowly back to the boat, he is laughing cause I went to grab the camera & make fun of him!)
Check out my sweet set of stitches! I made it this long in life until I finally did it good enough to have to get sewn up! Let me tell you... it hurts worse when the needle goes in your fingertip to numb than the pain of the actual cut. OUCH!
So here is the glorious story: As some of you know I am a medical assistant, self explanatory... I assist the doctor with all of his procedures, which includes vasectomies. (if you don't know what a vasectomy is, lets just say it is pretty much neutering a male... I know, isn't my job great) The doctor couldn't get the blade cover off the razor to prep the patient, so he held it toward me to remove it and right as the cover came off my finger ran across the razor edge and bingo, I ended up with a fantastic fountain of red out of my fingertip (good thing the patient was on Valium & sedated enough to not notice a single thing) So there is my story, no great heroic injury, but I am sure this is a one of a kind! ;)
