Wakeboarding Queen!

I thought I was so awesome, i finally am able to cut back & forth the wake. Anyone who has wakeboarded before will know that that is pretty basic and no problem but i thought i was pretty cool cause i can now do it and keep my balance! Just wait until I get back from Lake Powell in August I will be doing flips! ha ha ha

Anyone that hasn't tried surfing off the back of a boat before has got to try it! It was so much fun. In this picture Brandon hasn't let go of the rope yet but after you get going pretty good you throw the rope onto the boat and just surf the wake, but it takes some practice!

Baby Bentley is here!

Brandon's sister Heather delivered her first baby today, she is beautiful and hairy! (having Wilson in your blood it's kind of inevitable... you're doomed for some serious hair) So there are some pictures that some of you have been waiting for... clearly I am pretty excited about baby Bentley if I am actually blogging the same day an event happened, those of you who know how well @ keeping up on my blog will understand this never happens!

As some of you may know me and Brandon were proud owners of two little ducklings, but as you will see it did not last long! This is the story: It was the night before mothers day and no child was screaming not even a mouse in the Wilson house.... Me and Brandon were over at my cousin Julie's house and she needed to go get something from Cal ranch so just the girls went and the boys stayed. As we were walking through Cal ranch i spotted these cute little ducklings & thought it would be funny to buy one to see what Brandon would say, so I picked out the runt of the group & thought i was done, then the guy at Cal ranch told me it is better to buy two cause they do better that way, so I just had to get one more. I sent Brandon a text message before we left asking if he got me anything for mother's day and he replied "No cause you are not a mother" Well I showed him...We loaded them up & drove home, I wish I could have had a picture of Brandon' s face when i walked in with two baby ducks! It was pretty funny! He was kind of mad so i told him he could at least name them & I will completely take care of them. He named the runt Peabody & the other one Cletus. A couple weeks went by & we returned from our weekend in Island Park & the ducks had grown enough to be able to get out of the little swimming pool that they were living in our garage, thats when we decided that the ducks had to go before our garage started to smell like a pond. A couple of days later we loaded them up & dropped them off at a pond! I have been back to the pond to check on them since dropping them off & they are still alive & doing well! Let me just state the obvious.... ducks do much better & are much happier at a pond rather than a garage, and so are me & Brandon!

Memorial Day weekend in Island Park

Brandon's parents own a cabin in Island Park, ID. that is where we spent our memorial day weekend it was pretty fun although cold.... hence the reason we are dressed in coveralls and look like complete dorks, but at least we stayed warm!

Don't let any man fool ya.... they don't really dare gut fish! I had to gut the fish that we caught cause nobody else really wanted to.... But, I am not going to lie for some sick reason I like to do it!

Funnest trip ever!

Yes.. We did it we loaded up and went to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico all alone ABSOLUTELY NO HUSBANDS!!! and not to mention had the time of our lives! It all started when Jenny my oldest sister's husband (Bert) decided to leave her and go to Chile for two weeks for a motorcycle race. In the mean time, she decided that if he was going to leave her then she could leave and go on a vacation without him as well. That is when the plan came into effect. We talked and decided on Mexico in the Spring well as we all know Spring came and we were VIVA LA MEXICO! We went and stayed in a 5 star hotel and ate like there was no tomorrow (cause after all we only have to pay for ourselves so why the heck not) I recommend to any female to go on at least one vacation with girls only it is such a different world! you totally get catered to! we felt like celebrities! We got drinks and meals bought for us by the guys cause I swear they are all on the prowl for the group of girls, and the hotel employees definately watch out for you so we luckily never felt like we were in danger... Needless to say it was a vacation well worth it!

Crapy Blogger!

OK... so I am terrible at keeping up my blog I have heard it from probably everyone who reads my blog (all three of ya) But just so you know Brandon was the who started the damn thing in the first place so shouldn't he really be the one getting all the crap when it doesn't stay updated? Hopefully now that I have updated it (since Christmas) this will keep all of you happy until Halloween ha ha just kidding I will hopefully have something to blog about throughout the summer but I will probably be too lazy to blog it so we will see. Thanks to all of you who kept checking by blog and having faith in me thinking that I might eventually up date it... this ones for you (Josh and Julie)

Trip to Texas

Brandon's sister just had a baby so all the girls went down for the weekend to see the new baby. He is too cute. He looks just like his dad I guess they knew what they were doing by naming him after Josh. Good Job Britt and Josh for producing a beautiful baby!

Things I LOVE about Christmas...

The Christmas trees...

I love that everyone decorates them so different, it is what make it so fun.
This is me & Brandon's third Christmas together being married, he grew up having a real tree, and I grew up having mainly fake trees. So our first year married we had the big debate of real or fake tree... Brandon won! Now, I will never have a fake tree I absolutely LOVE real trees.

I also love nativities because like Christmas trees, they all come so different.
I love having a nativity in my house because it reminds us of what Christmas is really about.
